Approximately 1 year ago I purchased a used Neptune washer and dryer from Jerry. Jerry was more than accommodating during the purchase process explaining to me in person how each machine worked, what had been replaced/fixed and made sure I completely understood how each machine operated. Once I had the machines home and hooked up, I had a small issue with to which Jerry promptly came over to my house and made sure I had everything hooked up properly and was able to resolve the issue.

Several weeks ago I had an issue with my Frigidaire dishwasher not draining properly. I called Jerry and explained to him the problem I was having, he asked form the make and model over the phone and told me he would do some research on-line and get back with me for some things to try. He promptly called me back with several things that may be causing the issue and if fact it was the first things and turned out to be an easy fix on my end with no fees incurred. Jerry offers great customer service and I will not hesitate to call him for any future appliance repairs. Thanks.
